Each school within the Trust has its own Local Governing Board which is made up of representations from parents, staff and the local community. Whist Trustees are responsible for the strategic operations of the Trust, Local Governors concentrate on their individual schools with their main focus on standards and achievement.

 

Each Local Governing Board has broadly the same constitution.

Up to 12 Governors (3 Minimum):

 

• 1 Ex Officio Governor (Headteacher)

• At least 2 Parent Governors

• Up to 2 Staff Governors

• Up to 6 Community Governors
