We are looking to recruit an excellent Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team at Elston Hall Primary School.

A position has arisen at Elston Hall, working on a 1:1 basis, supporting children with SEND within and outside of the classroom. Although this position is initially based in Key Stage 1, confidence to work across all key stages would be an advantage, as would experience of working with children with SEND. You should be a committed practitioner who has high expectations and believes that all children can and deserve to succeed.

Elston Hall Learning Trust has been established since 2015 and currently consists of six schools across Wolverhampton, Walsall and Sandwell. The Trust is underpinned by the moral purpose to change lives for the better and ensure our children achieve their potential. We want our children to be the best they can be and through learning believe that they can achieve anything. We share these same values for our staff and pride ourselves on a culture of support and trust. As a member of our team, you will benefit from access to an Employee Assistance Programme through Medigold Health, access to the Local Government or Teachers Pension Scheme, excellent CPD opportunities as well as working with an outstanding and supportive team of colleagues.
